Ordering process:
Please give us up to 14 days to process your order (especially with everything that is customized). We will inform you asap when your order is on the way!
Shipping costs and delivery time
Currently, we offer international shipping to the following countries:
Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, and Poland.
We offer free delivery for orders above a value of 120 euros for shipping within the listed countries.
In addition to the processing time, the following shipping durations are mentioned by our shipping partner DHL.

Refunds, Exchanges and Returns
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please read our refund policy for more details.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact_us [at] alfaforge.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
